MTC Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

At MTC, we are committed to delivering quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our detailed policy to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Return Policy

·       Eligibility for Returns: Returns will only be accepted if the product — defined as the entire content of the tea along with its original pack — meets one of the following conditions-

o   Received in a physically damaged condition.

o   Different from the description on the product detail page at Mysooruteacompany.com

·       No Returns for Accurate Orders:
 Products delivered in good condition and matching the specifications (correct product, size, color, and quantity) are not eligible for return.

·       Conditions for Return:
 Returns will only be processed if:

o   The product was damaged prior to entering your possession.

o   The product matches what was shipped to you.

o   The product is returned in its original condition, including the brand's/manufacturer's box, MRP tag, warranty card, and all accessories.

·       Notification Timeline:
Customers must notify us of any damage, defect, or discrepancy within 48 hours of delivery with photos and videos as proof. Claims made after this period will not be considered.

·       Taste-Specific Returns:
 We do not accept returns or provide refunds if you do not like the taste of the product, as preferences are highly personal.

2. Refund Policy

     Refund Process:
 Refunds will only be processed after the returned product is received, inspected, and approved. Once approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 working days.

      Delays in Refunds:
 If your refund has not been received within 7 days after the initiation of refund

       Recheck your bank account or credit card statement.

       Contact your bank or credit card provider as processing times may vary.

3. Replacement Policy

      Eligibility for Replacement:
 Products may be eligible for replacement only if the same product is in stock. If unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

      Defective or Damaged Items:
 If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and videos as proof. Eligible items will be reverse-picked, and replacements will be processed upon inspection.

4. Cancellation Policy

       Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

       Orders can be cancelled any time.

      MTC-Initiated Cancellations:

       MTC reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of product unavailability, logistical constraints, suspected fraudulent activity from the buyer, or other unforeseen circumstances.

       In such cases, no charges will be applied, and any payments already made will be refunded within 5-7 business days.

      Excessive Returns or Cancellations:
Customers found misusing the return or cancellation policies through excessive activity may have their accounts suspended or terminated at MTC’s discretion.

       MTC reserves the right to amend this policy periodically and will communicate updates via the platform or other official channels.
